C G Restaurants Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions
The voucher is valid for one year for the date of issue at a C G Restaurants Venue (namely Rock Garden, Fire & Stone, Katana or Tuttons).
It has no cash value and can be redeemed when dining in one of the restaurants above. Reservations are subject to availability. As staff cannot accept vouchers without prior notice please notify the restaurant of your intention to use this voucher (quoting the voucher number and value) when making your reservation.
Delivery details
- Delivery to the UK mainland only
- Delivery options available: first class post (£1.95) or guaranteed next working day delivery (£10)
- Delivery by first class post takes 3 - 5 working days. Please allow 7 days for delivery during peak postal times
- Next day delivery must be ordered before 12.00. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following day. A signature will be required upon receipt. Deliveries not signed for will taken to your local post depot
- Please note: delivery is by Royal Mail therefore C G Restaurants cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the postal system
- No dispatch or delivery on UK Bank Holidays or weekends
