Battle of the Bands Terms and Conditions
Application can only be made online. All band members must be aged 18 or over. The £30 registration fee will be debited from your card at the time of registration. This amount is non-refundable.
All bands entering this competition agree to perform on the Sunday session they are allocated. This date is totally non-negotiable. All sound checks will take place by way of a 10 minute line check before the allocated performance time. All bands play a maximum of 4 songs or 35minutes.
By entering the contest, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final. The decisions of representatives of The Gardening Club will be final in determining any disputes or disagreements concerning the contest. Entry constitutes permission for The Gardening club to use the names, likenesses and biographical data of the entrants and their respective band or group members in connection with the promotion of this and any other contest. All participants must waive any claim of liability against The Gardening Club, its affiliates and their representative employee agents, for any personnel injury or loss that may occur in participation of this contest or from use of a prize. If it is determined that a contest participant has broken the rules to gain an unfair advantage they will be disqualified from the contest.
