The Rock Garden & Gardening Club’s Battle of the Bands
Every Sunday from 5pm
The Rock Garden venue has been at the fore front of live music in London for over 30 years and the venue has played host to bands such as U2, Sting, Sex Pistols and a host of other big names in the business.
For the entrance fee of just £30, Battle Of The Bands gives you the chance to follow in their footsteps. This competition encourages bands just like yours to perform in an environment where they not only have a chance to win great prizes but also the opportunity for great exposure in the music industry.
- 1st prize of £1,000
- 2nd prize of £500 Studio time at Iguana Studios
- 3rd prize a years supply OF Tiger Beer (365 bottles)
Four bands play each Sunday for 7 weeks (from 6th July – 7th September) battling it out for a place in the semi-finals (14th & 21st September) and grand final (28th September). Bands will be given the opportunity to perform 3-4 songs to our panel of judges. Click here for event and equipment information.
